Transcript Requests
A transcript is a record of the grades you received in the courses you've taken at Duquesne.
You may need a transcript to apply to graduate school, for jobs, internships or other programs.
Release of your transcript requires your written permission and signature, or authorization of your current student status by logging on to DORI (see below).
Transcripts may not be ordered over the phone, through email, or by a third party.
You can have a copy of your transcript released in any of three ways:
- Current students can log in to Self-Service Banner through DORI.
Click Student Information > Student Records > Transcript Request. - Download, print, complete, sign and return the Transcript Request Form to the Registrar's Office.
- Prepare and sign your own written request, (no email, please) and mail or fax it to the Registrar's Office.
