Duress Alarms
Duress Alarms have been installed for your safety and peace of mind.
They are for any situation where you feel uncomfortable or threatened; or for any medical emergency. When activated, the Campus Police will come to the button location within minutes.
Duress Alarms are located throughout the following buildings:
- Power Center
- Gumberg Library

To activate the duress alarm, grasp the lever and pull forward. |

When the lever is actuated (pulled forward) between 20 and 45 degrees, a silent alarm signal is sent to the Campus Police. |
