Mailing Services
Student Mail Center and Services
- Mailing Services is on the second floor of the Towers Living/Learning Center.
- All student mail and UPS is handled here.
- Students can buy stamps, ship UPS or express packages and purchase shipping supplies.
- Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (10 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the summer).

Addressing Student Mail
Resident students receive their address and their SMC (Student Mail Center) number with their Living Learning Center assignment. Use this format:

Express Packages After Hours
Express packages not picked up by Friday at 4 p.m. are left at the Residence Life Office, Towers, which is open Saturday at 1 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. and Sunday at 4 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. for collecting packages. Express packages delivered on the weekend are accepted at the Public Safety office. (Students should bring Duquesne ID for pick-up.)
Forwarding Student Mail
If a student provides a forwarding address, mailing services will forward mail to students for 90 days after they leave campus. If a forwarding address is not given, mail will be sent to the permanent address on file or returned to sender.
