Welcome to the School of Leadership and Professional Advancement (SLPA). Our mission is to enhance people’s lives and contribute to society through the delivery of quality educational programs that extend the resources, traditions and values of the University.
We enjoy providing a number of educational opportunities for adults seeking to enhance their impact and advancement potential. Students from more than 30 states and several countries are earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees through programs that are available online and on-campus. We are pleased to offer programs and services for military servicemembers and veterans.
Noncredit programs include an American Bar Association approved Paralegal Institute that has produced more than 1,500 paralegals, a professional coaching certification program, and an executive certificate in financial planning. More than 4,200 people have attended programs through our Nonprofit Leadership Institute.
